JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE MY BOSS

Seriously I am really pissed right now, yes I mean presently. You should see me hitting these keypads with heavy vexation. I don’t understand what it is with people, power, and position, or is it a punishment to have a boss. Most bosses think just because they find themselves in that position it’s a license to misbehave and a right to oppress and a freedom to torture.
Feel free to object, disagree, or second but I think regardless of a position I think some people are just douche bags when it comes to acting like a superior. Today at the office work was ethic as heaven (not hell); to top it off sites were dropping like flies and refusing to come up (work stuffs), I just happened to remember I had plans for Friday and unfortunately I am supposed to be on duty. First idea was run it by my colleague, I did, and it was a done deal. He will work my shift while I do his. But there was this tiiiiiiiiiiny little problem, my superior had already made his presence felt about letting him know when ever deals like that go down; like it is any big a deal anyways, and that fact I hated but can stand. I did the needful to let him know that this is what I have arranged, and he opens his mouth to tell me no that he doesn’t want acts like that to be a constant trend. Long and short he wanted me to beg (which I didn’t) and also needed me to tell him my reason or problem before he consented to my request as he already made it look. Personally my thought to let him know was merely for information; he turned it otherwise to a ‘seek my permission first’ plea, just because you are the boss. I for one would count myself lucky though; the last guy had to write him a mail. I know right, you probably thinking what I’m thinking….
To cut the already long story short I had to throwing off my trail and planted his tracker somewhere else. The point is he was making was for me to sort out the issue somehow without it affecting my work shift, and me is like dude! That’s why I came to you in the first place so you could make it easy for me. Sometimes, I think being a boss sucks, yes it does; my experience as defense.  All the bosses I have ever had all sucked. The only thing I could not pick out was who they were before they became superiors. Like the saying goes give a man power and you would know his true nature paraphrased and I don’t know who said it; bite me. The point is why you enjoy seeing people grovel at your feet before you then grant them their request; even when it is their right. Personally I believe if you really want to help me or do me a favor you won’t make fun of me, it’s different when or if I deserve (d) it. People most times forget no condition is permanent and you are just my boss here (in the office). Whatever is happening now is a mere circumstance and things can/will change (I Jesus Name). And it’s because of pompous jerks like them the cycle continues, because very many of us are already looking to get our pound of flesh on him or the next guy.
Just because you’re my boss! HIAN!
At the least you have gotten a dose of high today right? Now I can attend my wedding in peace. Looking forward to being a part of the groom’s men.  Onto the night shift………..

CALL OUT YOUR JOSEPH

Bible characters have always being a very interesting topic. I get to read and immerse myself into the story and lives of the various characters God used to show forth His glory. This post is directed to Christians; youths and adults alike, and also to anyone who is willing to be touched by it. I do have a thing for Joseph though. Yeah Joseph…... Joseph was a lot of things: He was young, in turn innocent and naive. He had a dream, which turned out be his vision and destiny. He was loved by his father, envied by his brothers. He was sold, he slaved, and finally he rose from the ashes and became a model for Christian youths today. My focus on his story is when he found himself in the lair of the seductress/temptress. Many youths/adults alike today will never pass on sex. In fact it has become a standard for being a man, so whenever one has the chance to prove him/herself worthy to their friends, they heed its call. Well as for me I beg to differ just like Joseph did....

KNOW THY SOURCE

Knowledge is power, and information is knowledge, and one can say information is power. More important is the source of knowledge or the information, and in every aspect of life it holds meaning and significance in our lives. The authenticity of the knowledge that is sought sharpens ones minds, builds ones character, and determines ones destiny. Having pointed that out, I have an experience to share. The scriptures make us to understand the people of God which was Israel at the time perished due to lack of knowledge. Simply put the people did not have adequate and true information or knowledge about their God and even if they did they rejected the truth. They often times let their selves be deceived by false teachings and the unbelievers around them. They began to indulge in the ungodly acts that God had instructed them not to do.  The scriptures also implore us as Christians to study the word of God to show ourselves approved and to rightly divide the word of truth. To expand...
