LAST WEEK TILL NOW.....


I met this girl, she fine. I got her pin, we pinged
I like this girl, she's amazing. Everything about her; speechless
She likes me, I know she does. This one thing, she got a man
There is chemistry, lots of it. Caution is needed, I told myself
Things got on smooth, we had a date. The day was over, but we just started
Some point we got close, knew her beyond her glow. The third spark in a long time, yes this is right
No guilty pleasures, I thought to myself. Things got on, better than we first met
She knows me, in the shortest of time me-her. Now it was just us, Feelings manifesting......
Then something happened, we had a moment. This must be good, I hoped it would
Reality set in, our eyes are open. This one thing, she still got a man
Things got awkward, She makes her decision. I play my cards, she's not convinced
Deep down the thought: if circumstances were different. To let go, to hold on
Should I stay, should I go. Now it's just me, She's made her choice
She's wants to be friends, I can't bear it. I go cold a while, I go back again
I tried a second time, She could only wish. I finally drop my ace, She still didn't budge
Maybe I knew this would happen, maybe I shouldn't have taken it this far
Maybe we knew better, we just let our feelings get the better of us
Things can't be the same again, We can't go back to the beginning either
At the end I look back at everything, I smile
Its just been last week till now......

Knowledge is power, and information is knowledge, and one can say information is power. More important is the source of knowledge or the information, and in every aspect of life it holds meaning and significance in our lives. The authenticity of the knowledge that is sought sharpens ones minds, builds ones character, and determines ones destiny. Having pointed that out, I have an experience to share. The scriptures make us to understand the people of God which was Israel at the time perished due to lack of knowledge. Not been post trendy for a long while. The fact that my country has been going through different phases of political, social, and economical changes, I myself included. Man must chop, living the good life is very much on my priority list.
